Spanish for "Eight Rivers", Ocho Rios, Jamaica is located on the North coast of Jamaica. A funny thing about the name is that there are not eight rivers in the area; it is believed that it is most likely a British corruption of the original Spanish name "Las Chorreras" ("the waterfalls").
